Hallelujah! After eating bagels in New York I really needed to find a good cheese to have at home! The chive comes through really strong - excited to try some of the other varieties and then maybe branch out (eeeeep!) to their non-soft cheeses. Should have bought this in the UK though - it is quite a bit more expensive out on the West Coast!
