I love me a good mozzarella stick, so I was excited to try this variation on the classic! The #[cheddar](hashtag-5bfd9b4f33a3a9efa9f7007f) is excellent, both flavor- and melt-wise, and the #[jalapenos](hashtag-5dae095a3344b6b8c9ccd299) added a nice kick to it! And that #[crema](hashtag-5decd7ab3344b6b8c9f4d57e) sauce? So good, and it helped cut the heat from the jalapeños!
