Wellington with sautéed Greens, Pickled Shimeji, Miso Mustard, Berry Peppercorn Jus

Have marked this down as it was special enough for the HIGH cost. It is a small portion & the mushroom flavour doesn’t fly off the plate. I would prefer a more earthy umami - it would have been on the bland side if it weren’t for the jus and miso mustard.
