Piatto completo di un pranzo improvvisato al ristorante del hotel Pordoi. Ricco, bello, completo, soddisfacente. La polenta con il formaggio (vegano) fuso era una delizia che non ricordavo, e non avrei pensato di trovare in un ristorante 😋
