rice & ‘mozzarella’ ball, arrabbiata sauce, ‘parmesan’, parsley

It’s been so long since I have been able to have an arancini or perhaps that should be arancinO as there was only one here? This was a little piece of heaven in a bowl - fantastic flavours & very convincing cheeses. MILA partners with several local plant-based cheese producers and I’m hoping I get to sample a little bit of everything they have to offer!
