This #traderjoes meal was decent for a quick lunch option. The veggies were all fresh and crisp, and the dressing was tangy and flavorful. It would be helpful to have a little more protein, even a few chickpeas thrown in.
I likely would not repurchase, but it did inspire me to make something similar soon.
