Brownie Cookies by TORO — vanille's Review (Jul 6, 2023)

This was my favourite #baking mix! Sadly they got discontinued a while ago. Or rather, they replaced them with a new mix that has dairy #chocolate in it.🥲
So this review is purely #forthedollar and maybe with the hope that it’ll be back someday

They are so tasty. The #brownie is sweet and indulgent. There’s a good amount of #darkchocolate chips that goes well with the sweetness of the #cookies. It’s a very flavourful and tasty treat. In addition to the flavour of chocolate they also have #coffee and #vanilla in them.

Rich and fudgy on the inside but with nice crisp edges. A little chewy but not too much. The melty #chocolatechips has a very nice texture as well. They recommend you shape them into 16, but I do 12 as I like larger cookies!

Super #quickandeasy to make, add 20g of melted butter and your favourite egg replacer. (I prefer to use flax and it turns out great!) Baked for 10 minutes.

The cookies are #palmoilfree and #nutfree. The cocoa is #utz certified and it was marked as vegan on their website. Non-recyclable.

💵~75 NOK at Coop. Definitely a very pricey product.

Definitely recommend trying them if they ever bring them back.
