To make this ceasar salad dressing, with load soft #protein, I needed soft #tofu.
I went to Food Basics and the only soft tofu they had was flavoured with #mango or #tamarind
I instead opted for this medium firm tofu to get the job done.
It was $3.50
It made A LOT of dressing. I was basically dumping it in the salad containers to get rid of it all lol!
