This dish was amazing. It tasted so #fresh with the #spinach and #sweetonion, had a good amount of #protein with the #chickpeas and grilled #veganchicken, was moist due to the toasted #veganmozarella, and the smoked cashew #pesto was delicious and tied it all together. I will definitely get this again. In addition, this is a #local #familyowned, woman run, inclusive business that I love to support.
