Review of Gyro with Muhammara at Harmony Plant Fare by lizmaselli

This was definitely a different type of gyro than I normally get at vegan restaurants. I ordered this knowing gyros are @gregcombs favorite, so we always have to order one. The #vegan gyro sandwiches we usually order have #dairyfree tzatziki and lots of fresh cucumber, tomato, and lettuces. This however was a VERY meaty #seitan gyro. It's also really messy! 😄 This pita was filled with shaved marinated seitan, muhammara, pickles, onions, spinach on a really thin pita bread. The muhammara was definitely a little #spicy for me🌶 but it was delicious. It's made from walnuts, red bell peppers, molasses and bread crumbs. It has such a unique flavor. It was under $10 as well, so a great value!
