I like this jerky, though it’s less chewy than some. And, like so many, the sodium is too high. In my opinion, this would taste better with less salt. It was on sale, and I probably wouldn’t have purchased otherwise, as the regular price was pretty high. Can anyone recommend a good jerky that is less salty?

I can’t think of a jerky that’s lower in sodium BUT you could try making your own if you have the time and interest. I’ve not done it yet but it’s on my (long) list of things I want to make. Louisville is made using soy curls so if you like their texture you could try this recipe and adjust to your own taste/dietary needs:
