Review of Vegan BLT at Wildsprout by drdodd

This vegan BLT is the perfect satisfying Saturday brunch meal. The salty smokiness of the tofu is perfectly offset by the crispness of the 🥬 and 🍅. I’ve had the vegan BLT at Wildsprout before, but this one was leagues ahead. It all came down to the choice of the bagel as the accompanying bread. Wildsprout stocks awesome chewy vegan bagels from Kleinsky’s Delicatessen and they’re the best in this BLT format. So yup!
