Better than expected!! For me, this tastes just like sausage. Oh my goodness, this sausage is perfect! It makes heavenly biscuits and gravy, for sure. Cooks quickly and doesn't produce an excessive amount of grease. I didn't need to drain it before adding the rest of the ingredients for the gravy. Bravo, Impossible Foods!! I'm impressed. 👏🏽
