Vegan buffet at Lucy Etiopiska Restaurang — mikachu987's Review (Jul 3, 2023)

I went there on a weekend, which is when there is a buffet. It's not a vegan restaurant but it's very vegan friendly since the bread (injera) is vegan and there are a bunch of stews and salads that are plant based. It was reaaaally good, it was my first try of Ethiopian cuisine and it definitely made me want to try it at home! Making the injera would be difficult, but I can buy it from the restaurant and then make everything else at home 🤔

If you have an Ethiopian restaurant close by and haven't tried the food yet... Your next meal out must be there then 😁
