Review of Biko at Jade Rabbit at The Emerald Room by pdxveg

This consisted of 3 delightfully sticky, chewy sweet rice dumplings cooked with sweet coconut cream and brown sugar and rolled in coconut shavings. Served with a rich, thick, and gooey caramel sauce. So dreamy.
