This consisted of a fluffy telera roll, covered in vibrant, smoky, mildly spicy house-made guajillo sauce and grilled to perfection, stuffed with lively, meaty papas con Soyrizo, lettuce, crumbly 🐮🥛-free cotija, and luscious cashew crema, plus a stunningly authentic-tasting and looking 🐓🥚-free Yo Egg poached 🥚. This crave-worthy weekend special was phenomenal.
