When I first saw this burger at Grocery Outlet I decided to skip over it as I enjoy Impossible meat and frankly got burned out from so many companies launching burgers…BUT eventually these were marked down to .99 so I decided it’s worth a try - plus I may just want a single burger some day rather than want to thaw a brick or pack.
The burger is good! It’s a bit thicker than I prefer for burgers, but the flavor and texture were good. It reminded me of the Beyond Burger without the odd signature taste. This makes sense as this burger is also primarily made from pea protein. I’d rank this as my second fave!
