Review of Seitan Roast à la Brasov at Napfényes Restaurant and Confectionery by janaplantpowered

Seitan roast with roasted potatoes, pepper, fried onions and pickels. It tasted OK, the potatoes were great, the seitan was not that good. The texture was funny.
