These mushroom “steaks” were pretty small and thin, so I ate them in a sandwich. I love mushrooms, so I enjoyed the earthy, meaty flavor, but there just wasn’t much to them. They taste nice but I’d prefer to have a mushroom burger instead. Nice to try something different, though.

Did you find them a tad greasy? I did. Good flavor but a bit too greasy when I baked them
