Cauliflower Al pastor and jackfruit barbacoa tacos

LOVE that they have both mock meats and just veggie options. Soy al pastor sounded great but opted for the cauliflower version. The jackfruit Barbacoa was soooo good and has a lot of chew. Get the watermelon agua Fresca! It was a bit pricey but worth the $7 on a hot day.
