Pagash at Eden-a Vegan Cafe — Ryan's Review (Jun 24, 2023)

Never had a pagash prior, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Ended up digging it. The onion and potatoes went great with the cheese. If I could change anything I'd like the crust to be a bit crispier. But I dunno, I'm not a pagash professional.
