I wasn’t too fond of their plain vegan #chocolatebar when I tried it, but I gave this #salted caramel one a go anyway. Made with 55% cocoa.
Same texture as the other bar I tried. It’s smooth and melts well on the tongue. It doesn’t have that creamy milk #chocolate feel to it though. Decent texture but not amazing. Good amount of tiny #caramel pieces scattered evenly throughout the bar. The subtle crunch is a nice addition.
I love caramel, this has a pretty good caramel flavour! I like this chocolate more than their plain bar, it doesn’t really have a noticeable bitter note like that one had. There is a hint of salt but it’s subtle. Not the best chocolate flavour, but it is okay! There is #vanilla extract in it, but I do not taste it at all.
This chocolate is #palmoilfree, #soyfree and #glutenfree. Metal and paper packaging that is #recyclable and #plasticfree. The cocoa, sugar and vanilla is certified #fairtrade.
