Asian ‘chicken’ salad

This was special! The sunflower noodles are the crispy bits on top (I think!) and they were unique and tasty (we’d never encountered them before). Pickled ginger, a creamy sesame ginger sauce and jackfruit all make this a rather tasty, crunchy salad! Definitely recommend!
