Review of Liquid Vegan Pizza Mozzarella - Miyoko's Creamery by tatanka05

We had this on the shelf in our refrigerator way too long so it has a shelf life. I tend to forget because so many nondairy products have such a long shelf life but apparently they have their limits. We still used it to help make lasagna, we tried the nondairy ricotta to make lasagna and it works great, a tad expensive though. We used used the Miyokos to use it up, it was good. But what shocked me was the high rate of fat. I am going to cut down on these products just for the healthy reasons.
