Roasted Beet Pizza at Palmilla Bali Beach Club — Randall Ⓥ's Review (Jun 21, 2023)

My first encounter with a beetroot pizza outside of my own kitchen! It was different in that it was as beetroot-centric and thus in my view, not as good… however, when out in public and at a place that isn’t vegan specific, it’s impressive to see such a creative and different option on the table. It was yummy too! It has beetroot, vegan pesto, vegan mozzarella, carrot, sweet corn, onion, & rocket. The carrot was interesting choice; it looked pretty, and tasted ok, but didn’t quite feel right in the mix… BUT what an amazing option to have when at a beach club in Bali, eh! 🥰
