Really grateful to Lidl for their vegan minimum effort food right now.
This pizza was not bad at all . I ate it with some grated organic beetroot to pump up the vitamin content! Put in a hot oven for 15 mins it came out nice and crispy. The topping is mainly vegetables and not lots of vegan cheese which I prefer.
Will get this one again.
