Roasted Cauli at Analogue — Aishah Al Attas's Review (Jun 21, 2023)

Every element of this was delicious. The cauliflower was roasted to perfection, the crispy chickpeas added a nice texture contrast and extra smokiness, and the sweetness of the red pepper purée complemented the freshness of the germolata so nicely. Could have this all to myself!
