Crispy Eggplant at Spicy Moon Vegetarian Szechuan — Olivia's Review (Jun 19, 2023)

The texture of the skin of these eggplants was amazing, and the spicy mayo was really delicious. I loved the bed of cabbage and carrot, but they would've been even better pickled.
