Empanada at LUHV Factory & Vegan Bistro — rey watson's Review (Jun 18, 2023)

I’ve never had a bad vegan empanada and this one was no exception. Instead of the traditional “all veggie” vegan empanada, this one has soy protein, rice, and veggies. It tasted great even after having sat for almost an hour while driving home. A tad bit expensive for the amount of food you get but that’s understandable. Would definitely order this again if I’m ever back in the area!
