Another winner!  The chef makes their own unique #tofu by pressing layer after layer and curing it in special salt. It’s firm but tender at the same time if that makes sense? 

This is one of their most popular rolls between vegans and omnis alike￼. 

I’m sooooo happy to have discovered this awesome jewel walkable from my home 🌱🙏❤️
