Tomato, grilled aubergine, basil and vegan mozzarella

This was a yummy pizza. I do wish the aubergine was a bit thinner and smaller pieces. It was a bit to big and chunky. The vegan cheese is great. The pizza overall is delicious. It's my third time coming here and always have positive things to say. The service is great and the atmosphere.
