Jerk Mushroom Wellington at NightShade YVR — Sabrina's Review (Jun 18, 2023)

I’ve never had a vegan mushroom Wellington at a restaurant before. It was quite good. Had different types of wild mushrooms, sautéed greens and pickled shimeji mushrooms. And a spicy miso mustard. Would have preferred if the Wellington piece was a bit bigger tho for the price. Overall nightshade is a delicious and unique vegan restaurant in a nice part of downtown van
