This protein drink tastes light and sweet, and has a strong vanilla bean flavor with a distinct nutmeg spice. It is quite warming and comforting. One of my two favorite flavors of this brand.
One 12-fluid ounce bottle provides 190 calories from 7g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates (7g of fiber!), and 18g of protein. This is nutritionally an excellent plant-based shake.
