Ce cheesecake fruits rouges et spéculos est tout simplement délicieux. 
Pas trop sucré, la texture se rapproche vraiment d’un cheesecake non vegan, peut être un peu plus consistante mais ce n’est pas gênant. 
Je recommande pour finir un repas en beauté
