Review of Feto - Tabu by compassionate1candy
I loved this vegan version of feta cheese. The apple cider vinegar is prominent in the flavour, but the other herbs and spices manage to balance it. The texture is firm. And I used the leftover tasty sauce/olive oil in my other cooking.
I'm pleased with the quality and the idea.
