First time eating a carrot cake with no cream cheese! It was pretty bland and boring. I guess any carrot cake that doesn't have cream cheese (or a vegan substitute) would be bland, whether it's vegan or not.

Oh no! I was thinking of trying this.. they don't seem to have many vegan options there :(
