Soy Chorizo by Trader Joe's is absolutely 👍🏼 perfect for meal prep! Hubby absolutely loved the burritos I made for him mixing this with tofu and sautéing together before adding to tortilla. Filling with the mix, rice ,beans, corn and whatever else your heart desires! It is crazy salty and that’s why mixing with the tofu reduces that per portion! #lowinsaturatedfat and good source of #fiber and #protein !
I’m glad we tried this and will probably rotate in with meals on occasion!
