I'm the type of person who couldn't stand most of the dairy cheeses because they were all too bitter and rough, and I rarely ate any cheese. When I went vegan, it was love at first sight. I seriously love ALL vegan cheezes that I've tried so far, from all kinds of brands. They taste all so mild and delicious <3 This block tastes milder than their classic-style slices, which I appreciate.
I love to prepare it as a snack together with mandarin oranges.
