Excellent nutrition bar. If you need a snack that's filling and will stay with you and enjoy peanut butter this is it. It is a bit dense which I don't mind. It is a bit dry so I recommend something to drink with it but I'm overall very satisfied with the product and it is a staple in my pantry for when I need something quick and nutritious
