Review of Baiye - Unicurd by skoobend
Baiye (“hundred-page”) tofu sliced thinly and used in place of rice noodles, stir-fried with some firm tofu (tofu on tofu!), vegetables and shiitakes, and light and dark soy and mushroom sauces. Much stronger tofu taste than regular tofu, I thought, and I made the dish much tastier with some crispy chillies in oil.
