Decadence!!! A lite , chocolate fix on a warm day to be sure. I’ve been told by Goddess that sublime is an undersell when paired with a frozen dessert. I can only imagine.
The mint is not overwhelming, the chocolate notes stand up for themselves here. I’ve yet to get past pinky dipping but I think this mousse is of the type to have one exploring their limits.
