I buy these directly from their store/manufacturing facility in Mississauga. They have a great selection of frozen vegan products and dehydrated soy and TVP products. I believe they offer takeout lunch options too. The soy curls are so versatile. I love adding them to wraps, salads, pastas etc. One bag goes a long way since they get a bit bigger when rehydrated.
Pictured is rehydrated, squeezed dry, seasoned and airfryed. Used this as a protein topping in my salad.
