Oh wow this is so so good!!
I was seriously craving for #pho and this is such a good one.
The broth is so delicious,light, tasty. A bit sweet but not as sweet as the one at The Kind Bowl. Comes with the #ricenoodles , #shitakemushrooms , #tofu, #taupok, #beansprouts, onions n herbs. I wld hv loved more fresh herbs in it but oh well,i understand tht herbs are not so cheap in this expensive island.
And yes having it with #impossiblemeat really makes it feel like d authentic ‘meat dish.
I think i found my favourite vegan pho!
So good,ill have this again anytime.
