first of all, here is a warning: not for those who want to avoid messy eating! i loved the flavor of this wrap, but the vegan ranch and buffalo sauce were overflowing! i found the texture of the seitan to be optimal, not too chewy and not too dense, and the lettuce and tomato provided a refreshing crunch! the buffalo sauce was very spicy; however, i felt like the vegan ranch cooled it down a little. i still wouldn’t recommend the dish to those who can’t handle a moderate amount of spice, i found the heat was quite enjoyable.
