This is the brand of basic vegan ramen I've been eating for years. Mild flavour, but I always jazz up the broth with other ingredients and add veggies. I like that Nongshim clearly label their products as vegan on the packaging. I've now discovered the shin flavour is much more delicous, but I only seem to find it at certain Asian supermarkets so it's a bit more difficult to find than this Soon one.
