The Impossible Bao is a fusion of East and West that offers a unique dining experience. The bao is filled with a juicy, meat-like patty that is decently filling. The teriyaki sauce adds a tangy flavor to the dish, while the salted lemon kombu salad and fermented tofu sauce bring a distinct umami taste. The toasted bao bun provides the perfect texture to hold all the flavors together. Some reviews mention that the bao is a bit pricey, but most agree that it's worth trying at least once.

This bao looks really small but it's actually decently filling (probably due to the steamed bun). The flavors are good although I wish there was more filing. It's also quite pricey.
