Maple BBQ Street Tacos

The Groovy Floret

These were soft tacos filled with tangy, sweet, and savory maple BBQ jackfruit and cauliflower, avocado crema, vegan cotija, and lovely edible flower petals.  They were fresh, flavorful, and fun.  Served with chips and lively green salsa.
