Eh... I wasn't impressed by this. The taste is semi accurate in terms of it definitely reminded me of pork bangers, but it also had a very strong after taste of soya which was off-putting to me. The texture is also a bit mushy to accurately represent pork, but that might just be the way we cooked it. Overall definitely not something I'd buy again, but I was never a big fan of pork anyway so I just gave it a try for the sake of trying.
