I bought this box of Enjoy Life Soft Baked Cookies a while ago, and I’m finally getting around to eating them now, about 1 month after its best before date. These cookies are still soft. They’re absolutely delicious!
Although this is not a concern for me, these cookies are free from 14 allergens which are listed on the side of the box (see the second photo), making the cookies suitable to a variety of restrictive diets.
One complaint I have is regarding the packaging. I didn’t like that the cookies were sitting in a plastic tray, then wrapped in plastic. If plastic is necessary, then scrap the tray. If both plastics can be substituted for other materials or removed altogether, then even better. 
I think I got these cookies at Grocery Outlet for an attractive price. I’d be reluctant to pay the regular price for these. But would buy them again.
