She’s a CLASSIC. Though I always have coconut aminos on hand (and a low sodium tamari most times as well) I always make sure to keep a classic soy sauce stocked. Some dishes are just not the same with a substitute and sometimes I prefer the savory/salty hit from soy sauce versus the other options. My boyfriend also prefers to have soy sauce for any sushi rolls.
